About this App

Sync your data with your QuickBooks Online account automatically. Our app acts as an automated bookkeeper for your accounting needs. Sync all your transactions - Stores Orders, Bookings and Events. Our app will sync your Customers, Products, Orders, Taxes and Events related fees to QuickBooks Online - automatically or initiated manually. QuickBooks Bridge allows you to integrate more than one store to the same QuickBooks Online account. You do not have to manage multiple QuickBooks Online account for each different store. (Need an app subscription for each store) You may have prepaid orders, or might have orders for which payment will be received later. With your app, you do not have to worry about that. The Order sync will happen as it is in the source. If a payment is received later on, it will be updated in QuickBooks Online at that time. Cancellations & Refunds are also synced appropriately. We have you covered for Tax & Shipping lines as well. We will even sync the Tax info & Shipping amount to your QuickBooks account. We have other additional optional features for Class & Dept mapping, Wholesale flow, sync without payments, etc. Contact us for these and more.

    Atrocious - One Hell of Nightmare

    We now have a nightmare on our hands with our accounts, as this creates double entries, puts sales into the bank account which are not put in separately until Wix pays you.

      We apologize for any inconvenience that you might have faced. However, the duplicates are not because of our app. The duplicates are most likely because of a Bank rule that you might have setup for Paypal or your Bank account. Our app syncs all the orders & payments as a normal sale. The Paypal sales are all probably from the Paypal bank feed that you would have from your Paypal account connected to your QuickBooks. You might have setup a Bank rule which automatically creates a Sale.  If you have that bank rule, then and only then there will be duplicates. Wix does not provide us the information about when they pay you and how much fees and other charges they deduct from your payout. Hence you will need to manually reconcile the payouts from Wix with the relevant transactions that our app has entered after adjusting for the Wix fees.
