Better Check-In

Self-service check-in for Bookings, with optional waiver and membership checks before clients check themselves in. Put a tablet at your front desk and let clients check in for today's classes and appointments. Each client finds their booking, taps Check in, and their attendance is updated automatically, so your booking list stays current without staff marking it by hand. Before anyone checks in, the kiosk runs a readiness check: the booking must be confirmed and inside the check-in window you set. You can also require a completed waiver through Intake Forms and an active membership through Pricing Plans. Clients who aren't ready are asked to see staff, so your front desk only handles the exceptions. A front-desk device works only after you activate it from your dashboard, and you can revoke it at any time. The kiosk shows clients by first name and last initial. Waiver and membership checks are optional; the kiosk works with Bookings alone. Better Check-In requires a Premium subscription. Billing is handled through the App Market. A free trial is available on eligible sites.
