The interface is designed to blend cleanly into any existing layout through an isolated shadow DOM container, preventing style conflicts with your site's native CSS. Incoming conversations are designed to carry meaningful browsing context, allowing agents to see product references or page origins alongside incoming inquiries. Profiles can display agent names, departments, and active statuses to provide a personal point of contact, while automated schedules collect leads through offline forms when your team is away.
