Next time, Noa gets an "Are you coming?" email the day before. One tap confirms, and if she can't make it, the booking is cancelled and the slot opens up for others. Every client gets a history of no-shows and late cancellations. When someone reaches the limit you set, you get an alert, or, if you choose, their new booking is cancelled automatically with your message. If nobody marks a session, everyone counts as attended, and attendance you mark in your booking calendar is picked up too.
