Please add Wix Smart Chat support for Wix Harmony sites!
Wix Smart Chat looks great, but it's not supported on Wix Harmony sites. The app is unavailable and can't be added. Please add support for Harmony soon, it's the modern editor and many of us need this feature.

Demande de fonctionnalités : - Permettre d'activer une option qui donne l'accès au chat AI uniquement aux utilisateurs connectés (membres). - Permettre d'ouvrir automatiquement le chat avec une question précise pour les nouveau utilisateur non connectés et les membres. Avec possibilité de choisir la se message apparait d'une fois par membre ou systématiquement à chaque connexion. - Fusionner les fonctionnalités du chat IA avec celui du chat wix classique afin d'avoir q'un seul chat avec toutes les possibilités. - Possibilité de faire apparaitre des suggestions de questions comme dans la FAQ du chat Wix classique - Possibilité de programmer l'automatisation + le délai pour que le chat lance une question seul. lancement d'un processus pour un Quiz ou un protocole d'accompagnement par exemple.

Nous partagerons des mises à jour dès que ce sera disponible. - Suggestions de questions (comme dans la FAQ du chat classique Wix) – Cette fonctionnalité arrive très bientôt. Restez à l’écoute ! - Pour les autres excellentes suggestions — comme limiter l’accès au chat aux membres connectés, afficher un message personnalisé pour les nouveaux ou anciens utilisateurs, ou lancer automatiquement un processus type quiz — ce sont toutes de très bonnes idées. Very Nice and Would Be Even Better with Extra Features
Dear Wix, The ai assistant is very nice, it would be even better if it could have these three features in the future: 1. Customizable avatar for the AI icon. Adding an option where one can upload their own image (png, or jpg) instead of the options available would be great! This could allow companies to use their logo next to the name of the chat. 2. Ability to upload a custom icon for the users of the website's ai site would be very nice as well instead of just the gray user profile icon. 3. It would be especially nice if Wix ai site assistant could have the option for conversation starters or like 5 questions that the ai site assistant chat can suggest as buttons on which the user can click at the beginning of the conversation. This would help guide users at the beginning and give them a feel for what kind of questions the Wix Ai Assistant could answer for a website. Thank you for this app!

good but
good tool I hope the version will improve because I cannot restrict access to certain pages of the site (with a VIP shop) where normally a password is required. I even tried saying not to give access to the page by putting the link to the page, but it doesn't work

leider für meinen Zweck unbrauchbar
Ich habe versucht ihm beizubringen das er auf keinen fall Heilversprechen machen darf. Er hat es nicht 100% umsetzen können, das ist schade, daher für meinen Zweck in der alternativen Medizin leider unbrauchbar, da in Österreich so nicht zulässig! Bitte behebt das Problem! Das würde mich und viele andere sehr freuen!

Gerade im sensiblen Bereich der alternativen Medizin ist es uns besonders wichtig zu verstehen, woher mögliche Ungenauigkeiten stammen – ob es sich um ein Problem beim Lernen Ihrer Inhalte handelt oder ob die KI falsche Aussagen macht, die nicht auf Ihrer Website basieren. Die Funktion „Trainiere die KI“ kann dabei helfen, die Antworten gezielt zu steuern. Aber um das Problem besser nachzuvollziehen und eine passende Lösung zu finden, würden wir uns sehr freuen, wenn Sie uns einen Screenshot oder ein konkretes Beispiel senden könnten. Danke für den Support- Konnte es nun kündigen. The button to cancel the subscription is missing, which makes it difficult to manage the subscription properly. Please look into this issue and provide a solution as soon as possible.

Potential
It is a bit of a slog. And doesn't always get it right. It cannot seem to answer two consecutive questions as it forgets what you were talking about. I would advise sorting the bugs out but I think it can be a really handy tool.

Not showing on mobile site

Great
It's fantastic! However, it's a bit disappointing that there's a limited number of messages, but I understand since it's still in beta. I would love to see the AI analyze website pages with the ability to reference URL sources. Additionally, I'm looking for an AI chatbot that features a small 'talk to AI about it' button whenever a client highlights any text on my site. But it's incredible that all of this is available for free! please add it too to Wix Studio...

Thank you for writing to us, and thanks for the feedback The AI Chat Assistant is currently in beta, and we are collecting feedback and suggestions for improvements. Regarding the number of conversations, we will soon add the option to upgrade to a higher number of conversations. The AI can already analyze your website pages and redirect to different pages on your site. For now, we do not allow you to specify external sources other than your website, but you can always use the 'Train the AI' option, and enter such information yourself or upload a file like a PDF. Regarding the idea of a 'Talk to AI about it' button whenever a customer highlights some text on your website, it is indeed a very neat idea that I will add it to the list of requirements and in the future we will consider whether it can fit into the product. Very soon, you will also be able to install AI Chat on websites built in Wix Studio.

Mobile Version of Chat AI Assistant Beta (Don't See App)
I loaded the Chat AI Assistant Beta to the desktop of my website, but I don't see it on the mobile version.

Thanks for the feedback The application is also suitable for mobile, and after testing it works well. If there is a problem, we will be happy to understand. But first we would recommend you to check on your website whether there is a quick action bar: In the editor, select the 'switch to mobile' (mobile icon on the top left). on the left menu you will see the 'tools' icon - open it and check if 'quick action bar' is added (this should be added automatically once you install the app). If it's not added, please add it, and publish your site.

Coming along great but...
Coming along great but whilst training i've found that any and all embedded links don't work. I've trained it in responses to membership inquiry but at the stage of CTA, the links don't work. (these links are external pages not on wix for reference).

Thanks for the feedback In the dashboard you can find the 'Manage apps' - in the apps list you will see the Wix AI Chat Assistant application. Click the Train the AI Assistant tab. Click +Add. Click Next on the Enhance knowledge option. Give the enhancement a clear name that you'll recognize later. Adding knowledge to your AI Chat Assistant enables it to give your site visitors accurate and satisfactory answers. This is the fastest and most accurate way to train the AI for your users. If the problem still persists, I would appreciate it if you could take a screenshot so we can solve the problem for you.

need to know cost before recommending to clients
I think it's working pretty well having trained and tested. Would like to recommend to clients but need pricing. Can't find anywhere. I know it's free for 2 months and 100 messages but after that how much is it??

For now, we are still working on adding new capabilities and other important features, including a payment model that will be very affordable for Wix users. Our estimate is to complete the payment model (include release it) is in the current quarter. We will not block you or your client (and if necessary we will extend the beta period if the payment model is not ready even after two months of free use).

Really nice
Amazing app, and easy to use. It would be good if it was unlimited conversations and you can edit it using dev mode. Otherwise great app!

Thank you very much for the positive feedback We are currently in the beta version and we are learning from every feedback, as well as about the amount of conversations. As part of future improvements, it will also be possible to upgrade to unlimited conversations. Regarding Dev mode, the application can already be edited in the Dev mode environment, but in the future we will enable advanced options for integration with Wix Velo.

Nice
It works very well. One small issue I have though is that it seems to be unmoveable, so it covers the Live Chat button almost fully.

Thank you very much for the feedback Part of our goal in the beta version is to get feedbacks, and we're glad you wrote to us. If Live Chat is installed on your site (or any other application located in the bottom right corner of the site), there can be a conflict in the position between the applications, a situation that can limit access to the application button. We are aware of the issue and we are working on a holistic solution. In the meantime, you can resolve the issue by changing the app position to the left side of the website. For example, in the AI Chat Assistant application in the Wix Editor, select Settings - select Layout and under Position, select Left. We hope this will give you an effective solution, until we offer an holistic solution for multiple applications that are installed in the same position.
