    Doesn't work - Wasting time

    The application is not working properly. It is not possible to remove the operator's stamp, the generated PDF is badly formatted. It is not possible to edit messages running in the background. Some parts won't even show up in the PDF. Support does not work, no one answers. Waste of time, energy and money.

      Hi, thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear this was your experience with the app. I appreciate your report about the watermark - after further investigation, it seems that a certain backend module in Wix was causing the failure. We have currently removed the watermark for all users until it is resolved. We do our utmost to reply to support tickets within 24-48 hours. Since we don't have any open tickets at the moment, I will have to request that you send your inquiry directly to eitan@thewixwiz.com. I'd be glad to address your concerns about the formatting and assist with cancelation and refunding of your subscription if you no longer wish to use it.
