QuickSync for Lightspeed

QuickSync keeps your online store and your Lightspeed X-Series POS on the same catalogue, the same stock counts and the same orders, without anyone retyping them. Pick a master store. Products flow out from it with names, descriptions, images, variants, SKUs, barcodes, tags, brands and prices. QuickSync collapses Lightspeed product families into single products with variants, and rebuilds that structure on the way back. Stock moves in near real time. Lightspeed reports every movement as it happens and QuickSync pushes changes back per outlet, so each variant keeps its own count at each location you connect. Orders sync both ways. Closed sales and part-paid laybys arrive with their fulfillment status; sales still open at the register stay out until they are paid. Lightspeed can also be your fulfillment store, so orders from your other channels are written in as sales. Connect more than one retailer, map every outlet to a matching location, and add other channels later. Setup is a login and an approval: your outlets import as locations and the first catalogue fetch begins. Supports Lightspeed X-Series (Retail, formerly Vend). Restaurant and L-Series are not supported.
