Every time a client completes an appointment/class/course, ReviewPulse schedules a friendly, branded email asking them to leave a review, sent at exactly the right moment, after their service ends. Every review request includes a one-click unsubscribe option, helping businesses comply with anti-spam and email marketing regulations while respecting client communication preferences.
