Form Uploads to Contacts

A visitor attaches a file to your form once, and from then on it sits in a notification email that is easy to lose track of. This app watches your form submissions and places each uploaded file on the submitting visitor's contact card, so it sits with the rest of that person's history where your team already looks. It takes away the step of downloading each file from the notification email and uploading it again by hand. Setup is the install itself: there is nothing to place on your site and nothing to configure. It suits recruiters, agencies and designers, photographers, print shops, architects and builders, tutors and coaches, insurance and finance brokers, and event planners who collect files through their forms. The free plan includes 20 file attachments each month. Files beyond that stay linked in your dashboard and are attached once the monthly allowance resets. Supported files are PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, and JPG, PNG and GIF images. Other file types stay listed in your dashboard instead of being attached, nothing is converted or stored by this app, and your site needs the Forms app installed for uploads to reach this app.
