Customize your check-in process with our app's versatile features. You can choose to display clients names, initials, a search bar or let clients scan a chip or barcode. You can also choose colors to match your brand, customize the welcome text, add a logo and choose a specific time frame clients are able to check in during. Please note: This app requires Wix Bookings to be pre-installed.

    Stability

    The app is not stable enough. It is a hit or miss when it works. I am unable to demo what I need in order to get everyone on board. I just cross my fingers for it to work when I need it to.     Let there be some fields

    Please add optional fields. We have a horse riding club. It would be great if people could complete the forms with their info and check in.

    Waiting for pricing plans support

    Like many people on the comments here, I am really waiting for this to suppport pricing plans. Many businesses operate on memberships. i need to see Name Membership Type (pricing plan name) Status (active or whatever) and have the ability to check them in and log that check in time Once this has pricing plans support, this will be a straight 6 stars!

    Etkinlikler içinde kullanılabilir olması sağlanması gerektiğini düşünüyorum... It cannot be used in events. I think it should be made available for use in events.

    This app could be more complete

    It would be interesting to be able to configure "dynamic fields", as happens in email automations. For example, when checking in, being able to see "number of participants", "remaining amount", etc.

    Needs work specially for studio

    Would like to see plans and pricing integrated in this. As well as give gym members the ability to scan in without booking a class first. Also it would include members with one or a limited amount of class passes.

    Needs LOTS of work!

    It's a very basic feature that doesn't work as it should for most of situations. Does not cover Wix Paid Plans and Events.

    Not for gym.

    We need it for our clients to check-in with at our front desk in our gym, so we can see if they already have a membership or have paid for a session. I write this so you can improve it.

    App almost there for us!

    We would love gym members to be able to check themselves in without being pre-booked into the a class. This is the feature we need to use this app.

    Needs to include Courses

    This app needs to be updated to included all WIX Bookings offerings (COURSES, Classes and Appointments); and should be available to all students/attendees regardless of member status. A simple "Check In" button with no need to scan anything would be ideal.

    Misleading title, not for service providers taking appointments

    I am a solo esthetician, so I was excited to see my clients could check themselves in since I have no front desk staff. After downloading this app, customizing it, and (probably overzealously) creating links to it on my website, I realized this app was not meant for appointments, only for classes. I could not have known that from the title or main description of the app. I just wish I'd known sooner, and I REALLY wish they had something like this for appointments! Two stars because it was able to be nicely customized and probably works fine for its' intended purpose.

    It's need to be improved

    The app need to identify the user log in and only let the corresponding user do it checkin. I realized that the checkin list apear to all participants and anyone can clic on checkin of one another. It's complicated once you have a client that tap on wrong checkin and mark as checked other client. The Apps idea is amazing but need to be improve as fast as possible.

We recently released an update to the app that allows participants to check-in themselves using identification card/chip/etc. This solution requires the business to have a card reader on premises. To use this feature, please update the app.

    Really useful, but a little clunky.

    This app has been super helpful with making the check in process more efficient! However, even when I input my clients' names alphabetically, they are not displayed that way, making it difficult for my clients to find their name to check themselves in. Sometimes this ends up making the check in process slower than if I checked everyone in myself. I would love for names to be displayed alphabetically in the future! :) EDIT: Unfortunately the app is no longer displaying all of my clients' names. Which defeats the purpose of having them check themselves in. Hopefully this is resolved at some point in the future!
