Program Applications

Some programs shouldn't be open to everyone. A 12-week coaching program, a cohort or a mentorship: you want to know who's joining, and why, before they're in. Program Applications adds an application step to your online programs. Choose a program, write a few questions (goals, experience, what they'd like help with) and publish. Add the form to a page on your site. Applicants answer your questions, sign in to your site, and their application arrives in your dashboard. Read the answers, then approve or decline. Approved applicants join the program straight away or, for a paid program, pay through your usual program checkout and then join. Declined applicants aren't added. Your programs, participants, content and payments stay where they are. Made for coaches, trainers, course creators and mentors. The free plan covers one program with up to 20 applications a month. Pro covers every program, with unlimited applications. Only ask for the information you genuinely need to review an application.
