Great app and great support

The app works great and their support team is always happy to happy if you have any questions.

Paid for itself in under a month.

This app took a little bit to get set up (mostly because I had complicated wants) but customer support was great to help me get everything up and running. Bundles help boost my AOV while connected inventory just made my life 10x easier. This app removed all the limitations I was facing with Wix stores and paid for itself the first month. As a small business I don't have a lot of funds to throw around and hope they work but this is one I am glad I tried out.

Best Bundle App for WIX

I needed a way to let customers build bundles easily and intuitively. I originally tried the Purple Bear app because it was the one WIX recommended, but it was clunky to use and didn’t integrate cleanly with the WIX backend. This app has been a completely different experience. It integrates properly with WIX, doesn’t interfere with the front-end design, and doesn’t force you to manage separate widgets or duplicate content. It just works the way you’d expect. Genuinely delighted I found it, and I have no issue paying for it as it’s miles ahead of the free Purple Bear alternative. If you’re on the fence, just install it. It’s the best bundle solution for WIX I’ve found.

I purchased the App, it has a glytch, and I have not had any support

I installed the App, paid for it. The bundles did not work and I tried to contact support, - there was none... - Poor experience!

it has been useful and dependable

Great app!

Great app, does what it needs to do, was regularly updated, and has a good user interface. It throughly helped me with managing my candle stock across products for RCK Candles. For my use case I needed our candles and refills to have the same stock, so if someone bought an RCK Candle (sandstone + candle) then our standalone refill stock would also decrease and vice versa. This app was a life saver for that as Wix does not natively support it. Highly recommend it.

Messing up my Inventory!

I don't recommend this to anyone. Firstly it does not automatically calculate bundle prices. You need to figure out them yourself. It would be practical to define a discount percentage for bundle and final price would be calculated with some rounding nown options. It also messed up my shop inventory entrirely. Suddenly all my inventory values were mangled and needed to repair everything by making manual inventory. This app made it twice so I used 4 hours to fix the inventories just because of this app. Simply does not do what promised or expected.

App is good but lacks critical features

I use the Wix Excel CSV file upload feature to update my product inventory. The business concept behind this app is excellent. However large businesses with pre-existing ERP and inventory management software can't use just Wix to manage their inventory and rely on the Excel upload feature. Whenever I uploaded an Excel file to update my inventory, the Bundles, and connected inventory app by Presto changeo would malfunction, and my inventory would start showing as out of stock in WIX. Sometimes the stock would become negative 1 which is impossible. If Presto Changeo solves this issue, I would immediately purchase their software!

Poor customer service

Extremely easy to install and set up

I just purchased the full year after the free trial because I found it very easy to set up and use. You can create all the bundles you want. They have a very helpful video tutorial and guide on their website. Very easy to follow. I am a new business so no sales yet related to my bundle, so I can comment on how it works. When the time comes, if the app doesn't work I will update my review. But I don't think it will be necessary :)

Ne perdez pas votre temps, comme moi je l'ai perdu ! Les bundle ne fonctionne pas, si je vend un produit parent les produits enfants ne sont pas mis à jour.

Great Idea, but Critically Flawed

I've been using Connected Inventory for a while and it's certainly a useful tool. Setup is a little clunky and some of the help material is nolonger available but after a few coffees, I got where I needed to be. The major flaw is that the app is incompatible with the Wix Owner app, meaning any transactions completed through the app POS do not track properly. This is also true if you manage inventory via the Wix Owner app. Any quantity updates you make will not track through Connected Inventory. I saw no mention of this in the description so I was a little miffed when I eventually found out. Managing the day-to-day through the Wix Owners app, especially the POS is essential for my business so a little transparency would have saved me some time, money and effort. It's not all bad though, Presto-Changeo's customer service has been great. Very responsive and super helpful. PoCo blame Wix, and frankly, I believe them. But a little warning in the description wouldn't hurt.

Not great for ecommerce

Unable to use same product twice. E,g unable to list 2 cushions in a bundle if they are the same, or if you have used it in a previous bundle.

Amazing

I couldn’t handle my inventory without this app anymore. I am super happy with the customer service I got on the way. Tomer is just amazing. Quick responses and he definitely tried to solve the small problems that appeared. If you think about having bundles don’t look any further.

LOVE IT!

The App does what it says, and does it great! Pretty straightforward once you understand how items are added and manipulated, everything works out of the box, and I can not say enough about the support in case you need it - simply amazing! Love the App, love T, and can freely recommend it!!!

The concept is great, but the functionality is not good

I've submitted multiple contact forms regarding these issues and despite their site saying they respond in 24 hours, I haven't received any responses. I love the idea of this app, it will help me greatly in creating yarn kits and managing my inventory. The process of creating a bundle is highly frustrating. What should only take 5 minutes, takes 30 minutes because the system tries to load your product list so that you can select bundled products, but it loads and then disappears and loads again and disappears and will show you a partial list without the one product you are looking for. My second issue is with the pre-order option in Wix. I use this option frequently. But if I have a bundled product that is out of stock, and someone adds it to their cart as a "pre-order", this app removes it from the cart because there is insufficient inventory. I'd love to actually hear back from the developer on these issues, but they seem impossible to reach.

I had a number of questions and the app developer responded almost immediately. The customer service has been wonderful! They were honest regarding the capabilities of the application - which was what we needed. Thank you for answering my questions and being so helpful. Your attention to detail and follow up has been amazing!

Great app, brilliant help

When I messaged with a technical question Tomer responded with possibly the best customer service response I've ever experienced - he sent a video back of a demonstration using my own website to show exactly what I needed to put where. I was so impressed! Couldn't have been more helpful. So glad this app and the support team exists.

I don't like this app at all. It has caused more problems than Icare to list. I do not recommend this product. The video are worthless, there is no documentation to read only these videos. There is no clear explaintion of how to set this up from scratch.

Good team but not a good platform if you have more that 20 bundles

The team was helpful but the app can't handle too many bundles. I had 614 bundles and it took 5 days for the inventory to update itself. I wouldn't recommend using Wix for e-commerce. But I need to give credit for the team for trying their best to help .

The app cannot function as its supposed to & help is non-existent

Really disappointed with this app. Stock is showing in both sizes, yet bundles show it as out of stock. Tried to get help to avoid losing more revenue & 3 days later I am still waiting for a reply. While I see my customers going elsewhere.

Works perfectly

OK. Let's be honest here. Takes a bit of getting your head around how this works. You have to set up a new product, which isn't a real physical product in your store (set up a SKU, Name, Price, Description, etc) which is a 'Parent Product'. Then add your real products as 'Child Products' to create bundles. Once you've got your head around it, it's a breeze. Awesome.

Amazing app and the team were so helpful!

I cannot recommend this app enough. I downloaded this app and got into touch with the team as they did not have a certain feature which I was after. They immediately got to work and created what I was looking for. Amazing customer service, speedy replies and quick delivery. They went above and beyond and I simply cannot recommend this app enough! Download it now, you will not regret it!

The Best, So Easy!

I've had to add bundles and bundles with variants for all my holiday sales, since Wix doesn't support the type of coupons and discounts I wanted to offer. This app has made it SO easy. I just add a new product to Wix (with or without variants) and then go over to the Bundles App and tell it what products belong to the the new product and BOOM, it's taken care of! Perfect. Thank you.

Incredible Product Support!

The product is pretty straight-forward. There are some quirks in the way it interacts with products that have variants that was driving us a bit crazy until we reached out for help. We reached out on a Sunday and weren't expecting to hear anything but got a reply with in the hour! After a bit of back and forth Tomar helped walk us through what we were doing incorrectly and even provided videos he created just to show us how we should set everything up. Al I can say is WOW! I only wish this level of support was available with all of the wix apps we've used.

This is just what we have been looking for and is excellent value! means we can now sell our products as individual items or in a bundle easily which is something we have been wanting to do but have struggled with managing inventory levels.

Works as advertised (Needs a Manual & Video Tutorial)

One of the most frustrating things about installing an app for any website is how well the documentation is. This is an amazing app and once I was told how to use it, it worked perfectly. They do have a video but it is not clear and does not address every scenario. That being said once I started an email conversation with support then things started to happen. They could cut down on support calls if they only addressed getting a completed Manual & Video Tutorial first.

Great app for good money

This is really a great app! Creating your bundle is super easy and fun! I had a few understanding issues at the beginning, but the Bundles support team was super responsive & helpful! Keep in mind that before you start using this app, you need to create the bundle in your products list as a single item. This becomes your parent product later, when you create your bundle in the app! ;)

Best Bundling App We've Tried

We've tested other bundling apps and Bundles & Connected Inventory is hands down the best one out there for WIX. The app itself easily integrates with our products already selling on WIX and now we can manage everything from one place! You can't beat the price either.

Great app

I had a few teething problems on my part when I first started using this app and needed some extra help (I'd never used anything like this before so felt a little lost). I sent an email expecting a generic reply and was pleasantly surprised with the customer service received by Tomer. We're on totally different time schedules and even so, he replied amazingly quickly and had so much patience with me. I lost count of the amount of emails sent back and forth and nothing was too much trouble for him. The app is working brilliantly and so far we have no complaints. We can definitely recommend it and if like me there are any areas you are unsure on just send them an email and I'm sure you'll be just as pleasantly surprised as we were. Lauren

Great app and very helpful support

Tomer went above and beyond to help me sort out the problem I was having due to user error. Now that I know how to create collections correctly, it is working perfectly.
