Timergy

Timergy adds online appointment booking to your site. Visitors see your services and open time slots on a booking page that matches your branding and can reserve a time there. You decide which services you offer, how long they take, what they cost and how many people can join a group session. Availability is based on your working hours and, if you connect a calendar, on the events already in it. Timergy works with Google Calendar, Outlook, iCloud and CalDAV, so times that are already taken are not offered to visitors. Confirmations and reminders go out by email, and each booking includes a calendar invite. Bookings are managed in the Timergy dashboard, right inside your site's dashboard. You can review the day's schedule and upcoming appointments, and if you prefer to approve bookings first, requests can be accepted or declined in the same place. The booking page is available in 40 languages. The app is free to install and use. A Pro plan, available inside the app, adds online payments through Stripe, custom branding and text message reminders.
