    new terms to keep selling

    i have accepted the terms on multiple times and nothing happens. My store no longer works properly and loads onto a while page. I have tried everything and there is no solution

    Enable permissions to continue selling

    purtroppo anche a me è iniziato il bug già citato da altri, sfortunatamente si sono cancellati più di 128 articoli, dovrò ricreare lo stock, fortunatamente si sincronizzano senza problemi, mi auguro che nel ricevere eventualmente un ordine, vengano evasi, in attesa di un aggiornamento spero si risolva presto e che tutto torni funzionante senza intoppi :)

    Easy to use, but expensive!

    I truly love the ease of use and how customizable I can make products for my store. However, the prices are so high that even at minimal margins I'm priced out of the market! Let me give you an example for a baby's onesie I was going to sell on my site (keyword "was"). Printful price: $19.20 Shipping: $ 3.99 Wix cost: $ 1.00 Misc (added to all): $ .50 ------------------------------------------------------ TOTAL (my cost): $24.69 How am I supposed to make a profit off of a $24.69 BABY'S ONESIE?! This is just one example. I could provide many others. Calculating costs if you want to offer free shipping (which, let's be honest, is a must) can get a little tricky depending on the variety of products you want to offer. It would be nice if Printful simply added the price of shipping into the product cost when "Offer Free Shipping" is selected. This would take all the guesswork out of it.

    I wanted to love this app but deleted it...

    Hard for me to understand how to work and I need an easy way for my clients to order photo prints... I couldn't figure it out with this app :(

    If you care about print quality stay away.

    I love the business model and the opportunity they present to small businesses but if you care about the quality of the products you are putting out I suggest you stay away and hold inventory instead. I ordered three samples, different colors, and styles just to test out what they're capable of and if I like their quality. I received the order 7 days from the time I placed the order. The quality was 6.5/10. not the greatest compared to my local print shop. it look faded the moment i opened the bag and if you stretch the fabric you can see the print cracking already. I would use this service only if they improved their quality significantly, but I'm not sure that is possible without raising the already high prices.

    FAIL

    I was thrilled how easy the initial connection/syncing was. Then I started to setup shipping prices, and hit a giant pothole. Printful charges a flat rate of (let's say) $15 to ship an item, then $5 for each additional of the same item. Unfortunately, Wix Stores do NOT work that way. They have just about every option BUT that (Free, Flat Rate, By Weight, As a factor of Item Price, by Pricing Group, or by USPS Calculated Rate). NONE of them match how Printful actually prices their shipping. So you have to use one of these round-peg / square hole methods, and no matter what method you choose, it's going to either over charge or under charge for shipping, putting excess financial burden either on our Customers (BAD) or us (BAD). That's why I titled this review FAIL. I don't know who to blame - Wix or Printful, but someone's gotta make this integration calculate correctly ASAP. I have to question how it got a 4.5 rating with 440 reviews. Are you people actually using it?

However, it's important to keep in mind that there are limitations from the side of the platform due to which, it's not always possible to set up the shipping or other settings exactly as they are on our side. For Wix, we'd usually suggest using ''Rate by Weight'' shipping calculation as you can assign an arbitrary weight for products that have similar costs to our shipping rates. You can also choose to offer free shipping and add our flat rates into your pricing or use the other options you mentioned.     Its ok

    Ok integration to WIX and FB shop, but a lot of "out of stock" items only appearing as out of stock after submitting to the store, meaning I have to start the product selection process all over again. I would like to see more variety for product selection.

    Can you really make a profit? What’s the point of using this as passive income?

    I loved this site up until I made an order for myself. I thought that what the customer pays goes straight to Printful and then print full gives me the small profit, i didn’t know that I would be charged whatever the customer pays only to gain £0 profit. Items are expensive for what they are and I feel forced to put discount codes on my store to entice people to buy, again leaving me with no profit Looks like I either have to go to another print-on-demand company OR forget about it altogether after put weeks and headache of setting up my amazing company
