    Works great butt...

    Works great but sometimes when setting up the retail price I forget how much the shipping is going to be. This makes it hard for me to calculate what retail should be so I can offer free shipping and not have it come out of my pocket. If shipping was on the final page where you set retail it would make it smother and be a 5 star review.

    How Good Is Printful?

    New User I know the interface works well, but what I don't know is the quality of Printful's POD products and shipping. If any Wix users can help me choose between Printful and Printify for my store I would appreciate it.

    Way too expensive

    While it is easy enough to deal with Print but their prices are so expensive (add shipping to it because it's not free and it's also expensive) that it leaves no room for a seller. I created very cool designs and it is a struggle to sell because of prices.

    Lacks practical options,not going to upgrade yet

    Nice app to create custom products, but the editor lacks options: unlocking of image, catagory settings from app to WIX (certain listings that should not on main shopping page keep appearing even if moved via app into other site section) And just a good basic editor. Now I make the complete design off the app when it needs text. Because when trying to enter text in the app on an item the "put text here" message stays visible, very annoying, also no righ mouse/select/delete function. If it would work smooth I'd consider an upgrade. But for as long as the app/editor is lacking basic options, I just stick to the free option for now.

    Its okay

    I have been working with Printful for over 2 years. They are for the most part great in terms of fulfillment and quality. The part I do not like is the back office side of it. It is hard to get a password reset sent to the email, it's impossible to reach someone, and every time I type a question to get a solution it populates questions that have nothing to do with what I asked.

    Integration is excellent except for payment process

    The ease of integration between my wix store has been awesome. My only complaint is that I wish payments were streamlined better, and there was not a 5-10 day delay between a customer placing the order and the funds being applied. It would be nice if once the order was placed on Wix, the funds for the printful order are automatically applied to the printful order so there is not a delay, and I don't have to worry about the company account going into negatives covering the order. I was told by printful customer service that it would be instant, but then after finding out it wasn't through a test order, was told by Wix customer service that printful is a third party app, so the process is not as seamless as it could be. If this were fixed, then I would give both a 5 star rating.

Currently, we would be able to charge you for the fulfillment and begin the printing process as soon as the order would import to Printful, but there can be a slight delay in how long it takes for Wix to transfer the amount the customer paid to you. This is certainly something we could look further into and see how we could streamline the process in the future.

    Difficult integration

    What if we have our own printing centre?

    It only works on the www.printful.com site. It provides integration into your wix store as a product. However, if you have the opportunity to print yourself, your customers cannot make their own designs. They can buy what you have designed. You cannot offer design opportunities to your customers on your site. It just does product integration. Instead, link to your store on www.printful.com and say buy here. But then what is the need for app? One link is enough. Notes : ( Sory it is not my fault ."feedback" google translate does not speak english :)) Maybe a small request : It should work on my site like the Wix art store. (Not enough in the Wix Art Store. If the room is another service, it works.) Customers should not go to another address, they can buy products. Customers can make designs All of them on their own pages.       Hello! Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it! Once you've connected your store to Printful you can add products with your designs and start selling. From there, when your customer buys something from your store, the order would automatically be imported over to Printful, and we would fulfill it and ship it directly to your customer - all under your brand name. For Wix integration, we currently don't offer a personalization tool (the option for your customers to upload their own designs).     This a great Brand, with great products but I want to see the last real price after shipping, but it does not show it.

As the final shipping price and taxes, if applicable, depend on a variety of different factors like the final destination country and size of your order, we don't add these charges to the product price.     Setting up shipping is way too confusing

    This can lead to profit loss and it has no logic to it. I am satisfied with printful's overall service but this feature, in particular, is very important and needs to be fixed

    The pricing is off

    20$ for a shirt I designed and promoted but only $8 is what I get after the processing fee? thats not even half

We understand that our prices may not be suitable for all our users, but we consider them fair taking into account that they cover the costs of the products, printing and fulfillment, the features on our website and the free integrations we offer. However, we do review the costs of our products, shipping, and features regularly and lower them whenever possible. You might also want to consider increasing the retail price of the products or shipping to see if that helps with making more profit on the sales.     Happy with the integration, not so much with the printing

    The integration with Wix is incredibly easy. Unfortunately, the print quality is lacking a little bit. Most of the printers I've worked with in the past have the ability to take pdf. My text quality is just not up to the quality I was hoping we'd have. The shirts looked amazing. The posters when printed on the matte surface looked very bad. The lustre surface had a very beautiful and rich quality, but the text was soft. I was happy with the mug. Lovely image and colour, but again the text was soft. My biggest complaint was with the tote photo printing on the tote bag and the postcards. The tote was terrible. Haloing around the around the outside edge. The ink wasn't solid anywhere on the image. I will say I thought this image could be an issue. The postcards were a surprise on the other hand. THe quality was terrible. Unforunate since I had about 50 different ones to upload. The entire image looks horrible. Grainy, pixelated text. And the photos looked like they had been compressed.
