Payout Guard helps merchants keep track of payment payout activity from a single dashboard. It provides a clear view of recent payouts, their current status, estimated arrival dates, and other available payout details. The app can highlight failed payouts and other payout information that may require attention, making it easier to review activity without checking individual records manually. Where available, Payout Guard can also display bank transfer references and related payout details to support reconciliation. Payout Guard is designed as a read-only monitoring tool. It does not initiate, cancel, redirect, or modify payouts, and it does not change orders, customer records, or bank account details. Payout information depends on the merchant’s payment setup and the data available for each payout.
