About this App
Limb AI Chatbot adds an AI assistant to your website that can answer visitor questions using your content and knowledge base. For online stores, it can also recommend products, assist customers during shopping, and help answer order-related questions, including order tracking when available. The app includes an integrated dashboard for managing AI settings, knowledge sources, conversations, and live preview. Knowledge can be built from website pages, store products, URLs, uploaded files, question-and-answer pairs, and manually added content. Conversations can be transferred to a human agent when needed. The inbox supports live chat, working hours, canned replies, notifications, and conversation management. The chat widget can be customized with your branding, colors, welcome messages, prompts, and other interface options to match your website. AI behavior can be adjusted through instructions without creating conversation flows or decision trees, allowing the assistant to respond according to your business requirements.
