Door Duty

Door Duty turns your volunteers' phones into ticket scanners for your events. Make a link for each door or helper, share it with a 4-digit PIN, and they're ready: no site login, no account and nothing to install. Every phone sees the same live guest list, so a ticket can't be used twice, and check-ins show up in your events dashboard straight away. Venues with poor signal are fine. Phones keep checking guests in offline and sync as soon as they're back online, flagging any ticket that another door already let in. Guests without a QR code can be found by name, mistakes can be undone, and people who turn up without a ticket can pay on the volunteer's phone. You choose which ticket answers volunteers see, so allergy and access needs are flagged at the door without showing anything private.
