Main reason for "legal warnings" (Abmahnungen) are incorrect or incomplete legal texts. With the Legal Text Generator app you can solve this problem and generate accurate legal texts for your German-language website or your online store (physical products) in just a few minutes. How it works: You answer simple and understandable questions - without any previous legal knowledge. Our online generator immediately provides you with your individual and lawyer-checked legal texts. Following legal texts are included: Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, Right to Cancel and Terms and Conditions. Of course, our legal texts are always up to date. If new laws or jurisdiction require changes to your texts, we will notify you by e-mail. In this version, only legal texts for the German and Austrian markets are supported.

Nicht wirklich toll
In der Zeit in der man diese App befüllt, könnte man auch einfach gleich eigene Rechtstexte schreiben. Das nervt mich ziemlich stark. Ich bin den tollen Service von e-recht24 gewohnt, bei dem man die Anbieter der Integrationen einfach auswählen kann und dann auch gleich die Adressen und Firmensitze eingefügt werden. Das ist hier nicht so. Hier muss man alles selber herausfinden und wenn man sich nicht zu 100% mit den Abläufen der einzelnen Tools auskennt und wo die Server stehen, ist das einfach ziemlich deprimierend mit diesem Tool zu arbeiten. Das zweite, das mich stört ist, dass der fertige Rechtstext nicht einfach kopiert, geändert und erst dann eingefügt werden kann. Man muss den vorgegebenen HTML-Code nutzen und kann ohne den Code selbst zu ändern nicht einmal die Schriftart oder Ausrichtung ändern. Das nervt mich tierisch. Ich werde dann wohl lieber zu meinem gewohnten Tool zurückkehren und dann halt dafür zahlen.... Teuer, aber spart mir viel Zeit und Nerven... schade!

Leider stark verbesserungswürdig
Hatte mir eine gute Integration mit Wix erhofft, da damit geworben wird und der Rechtstexter als App im Wix-Store angeboten wird. Aber man muss viele Fragen selbst beantworten und die Fakten dann bei Wix erfragen oder dort selbst heraussuchen. Für Fehler haftet natürlich der Kunde. Auch gilt der Rechtstexter nur für Warenverkäufer, nicht für DIenstleistungen. Was ist, wenn ich neben Waren noch eine Zusatzdienstleistung Lieferung anbiete? Da kriegt man schon keine Auskunft mehr und wird auf eine individuelle Beratung für über 300 Euro pro Stunde verwiesen. ICh verstehe auch nicht, warum ich für jeden erzeugten Rechtstext (AGB, Impressum, Widerrufserklärung) meine Geschäftadresse komplett neu manuell eingeben muss. Insgesamt bleibt der Rechtstexter leider hinter meinen Erwartungen zurück.

Insbesondere die Hinweise zur Verknüpfung der einzelnen Module mit Blick auf die Geschäftsadresse nehmen wir gerne auf. Auch die Anmerkung zum Thema "Dienstleistungen" ist absolut nachvollziehbar. Hier stößt allerdings z.T. eine algoritmenbasierte Software an ihre Grenzen, so dass tatsächlich eine individuelle Beratung notwendig werden kann.

Und am Ende doch kostenpflichtig
Die Oberfläche ist schön gestaltet und man findet sich zurecht. Klickt man sich aber durch den Generator, sind viele Stellen grau hinterlegt und man wird aufgefordert für ein individuelles Angebot Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice aufzunehmen. Ich möchte digitale Produkte verkaufen - und würde dann 499,00 EUR laut Kundenservice zahlen... Also danke, leider nicht so kundenfreundlich....

Haben Sie vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung unserer App. Sie haben Recht, dass wir unterschiedliche Leistungen in unterschiedlichen Paketen zu unterschiedlichen Preisen anbieten. Das Angebot bei Wix hat einen sehr günstigen Einstiegspreis, weshalb aber einige Leistungen nicht enthalten sind, die in größeren Paketen zu finden sind.
