Waitlist Pro: Booking Waitlist

Waitlist Pro turns cancellations into new bookings. When a service is fully booked, clients join a waitlist from a short form on the service page, with clear consent. You choose the form's colors, wording and fields. When a booking is cancelled, declined or moved, Waitlist Pro checks that the time is really open and emails the people who match, in Hebrew or English. With one-tap booking, they confirm that exact time on your service page with a single tap. When payment is due online, the button opens your booking calendar on that day instead. Up to the number of people you choose get the email at once, or on Pro the first in line hears about it alone for a set time. Get dashboard and email updates when someone joins and when a booking is won back. A setup checklist and a test email help you check it all works. Your dashboard lists every entry with search, filters and CSV export, and lets you add, resend or remove entries. Pro adds stats: bookings won back and the revenue they brought in. The free plan includes 20 new waitlist entries a month. No outside servers: entries stay in your site's data, people go to your contacts, and you can edit the emails in your automations.
