Broken beyond use
Responses feel random at best and completely detached from the actual content it is supposed to use. It confidently produces wrong information while missing obvious answers right in front of it. This is not unreliable, it is unusable. Avoid it entirely and install "ChatBot AI Assistant For INBOX" instead. This app is much better.

You will loose customers with this!!!
You will loose customers with this, just like we did. It promised refunds to our customers where it should not and constantly hallucinated just to make the customer happy. This is a business killer and should be removed from here!!!

Terrible even after training. Doesn’t seem like AI at all
Even after putting time into training this app, it still fails to answer the most basic questions, including ones that are clearly covered on the website and in the provided training materials. It is astonishing how consistently it gets things wrong or simply cannot respond in any meaningful way...

Seriously damaging, stay far away!
This app pulled information directly from my website and then managed to distort it so badly that it fed completely incorrect details to my customers. The result? Confusion, frustration, and a significant loss of sales on my end. Instead of helping, it actively harmed my business. An app that can’t even handle basic accuracy is not just useless it is dangerous. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before trusting this with anything important.

Hallucination Machine!!!!
It feels like this app has been perfectly trained to never provide a single true answer and only halucinate to make a customer happy. Better try: "ChatBot AI Assistant For INBOX". This app works great and is reliable!

Extreme negative experience
A customer reported damage to one of our products, which is worth approximately $10,000. Despite having no instructions or guidelines, the chatbot promised the customer a full refund and assured them it would be resolved within 12 hours after the customer pressed the issue. We were fortunate this time because the customer is a long-standing client and we were able to speak with them directly, thankfully. After conducting further tests, we discovered that the chatbot consistently makes such promises without any guidance or authorization. This is completely unacceptable and goes far beyond simply problematic. It is absolutely DISASTROUS!!!

This app must be a joke!
Apart from getting errors on every second click the AI chatbot it a joke and has become for a short time the biggest liability of my business. Does someone check apps before they are available here and can damage peoples business? The only positive point: The responses of the bot are so bad that it will eventually be funny and you will start laughing a lot. Luckily I found an alternative. Its called "ChatBot AI Assistant For INBOX". A bit lower ranked but incredible nice tool you should try instead.

It is astonishing how consistently it gets things wrong or simply cannot respond in any meaningful way. For something that claims to use advanced AI, the performance is shockingly poor. It shows no real understanding, no ability to reason, and no sign of improvement after training. It genuinely feels like you are dealing with something far below even the most basic expectations. This is not just disappointing, it is a complete waste of time. I would not trust this tool in any real scenario where accuracy or the slightest reliability matters.

removed the app, chatway re-assigned the app..
Because all the pop-ups blocked the options on my site, I removed this app, a few hours later: Tataa..it was re-assigned !
