One Submission Per Email

Limit your form to one submission per email address and stop duplicate entries before they reach your inbox. When someone submits again with an email that was already used, your own message appears under the email field and the duplicate is not saved. Keep the forms you already built: no rebuilding and no code. Choose the forms to protect and the email field is found for you. It fits giveaways, contests, registrations, job applications, surveys and waitlists. Choose how long an address stays used: once for good, or once every day, 7, 30, 90 or 365 days. Capitals and extra spaces are ignored, and you can treat Gmail dots and +tags as one address. From your dashboard, see entries per form, let one person submit again, or clear a form. The app stores only one-way hashes on your own site, never the addresses. The free plan protects one form with every rule above. Upgrade to Pro to protect all of your forms. Good to know: it works with the current Forms app, not the legacy one. Counting starts once a form is protected. An address is used only once its submission is saved, so an unfinished payment never locks anyone out. If a check can't finish quickly, the submission goes through.
