ProofOkay

ProofOkay shows your customers the status of their artwork proof on your store and sends them straight to approve it. No more "did you get my proof?" emails. Paste your ProofOkay API key on the app's Setup page and click "Add to Thank You page". For buyers who come back later, add the "Your proofs" element to a member page. Buyers see whether their proof is ready, approved or waiting on changes, and a button that opens the live proof on ProofOkay to approve it. A buyer sees a proof when its Order # in ProofOkay is the store's order number and it was sent to the email they ordered with. Logged in members see the proofs sent to their verified login email. The artwork is never shown on your store, and the app only reads: your proofs stay in ProofOkay. In your dashboard you can see every proof you sent, search by order number or customer email, and filter by status. This app is free. ProofOkay is a separate subscription from proofokay.com: US$49 a month for your whole shop, with unlimited users and proofs.
