No-Show Tracker for Bookings

Designed for salons, studios and clinics where a few customers book and then do not show up. When you mark a missed session as a no-show in your booking calendar, this app's dashboard page lists the customers with the most no-shows in the last 90 days, highest first. Each row shows how many sessions the customer missed, the date of the last one and their next upcoming booking. Customers with three or more no-shows are highlighted, so a short look before the day starts can help you decide whom to remind or ask for a deposit. The count comes only from bookings marked as a no-show in the booking calendar. The app does not guess attendance, and cancelled bookings are not counted. When nothing has been marked yet, the page says so and explains how the list fills. The app reads bookings, their attendance and the booking customers' names and email addresses so that it can show them on your own dashboard. It stores nothing, sends nothing to other services, and never changes or cancels a booking. The page is available in English and Japanese, with a light and a dark display.
