Order Minimums & Limits

Order Minimums & Limits lets you set the rules an order must meet before checkout. Ask for a minimum number of items or a minimum spend, cap how many a shopper can buy, or sell items only in packs, like wine in sixes. When the cart breaks a rule, the shopper sees your message in cart and checkout and cannot order until it is fixed. A rule can apply to the whole order, chosen products, or categories and collections, counted together or per product or variant. It can also apply only to shoppers with a contact label, like Wholesale, or to everyone else. Set ordering hours, such as weekdays 9 to 5; outside them shoppers see when you open again. For product drops, stop selling after a set number sold in total, and open or close sales at set times. Restaurants can cap dishes per day, ask for orders a set number of hours ahead and limit dishes per order. Use your own message per rule or the default in English, German or Spanish. If anything fails on our side, the rule is skipped so the sale can go ahead. Free covers up to 2 whole-order or product rules plus ordering hours.
