API not working
I paid but when I want to test on my website I have this message which is displayed "switch to premium to use", I will ask for a refund.

Either it is not set up correctly or is not working correctly. It does not respond appropriately to simple questions.

It's an empty box where you can type messages are not responded to. Do not purchase. I want an immediate complete refund or I am going to file a formal complaint.
