This is innovative and getting there!
Kudos to the Certified Code Team for even offering this. They are the only ones offering a ChatGPT option for the Wix Chat. Is it flawless? No. Sometimes it disconnects, but by refreshing or adding the Wix chat widget again, it continues working. Is is worth it? In our experience ABSOLUTELY. It has saved us countless hours of time on the chat. The answers coming from ChatGPT itself are pretty good and weed out the general questions that users throw at us. This leaves us time to focus on the specific questions, which are our money makers. Overall summary: it can be better, once it reads the FAQ part of our website correctly, but we are a happy customer and will keep this app on our site!

I really want to like this but it's buggy and support is limited for my issues.
Sent a message to support as I can't activate app on my site and no reply back. Not great. I would hope that Wix vets companies before allowing them to be partners. It randomly starts working then off again... I'll continue to try to see if I can get it to work as there are no other options right now...

Very good functionality but response time is slow
hi, the app is really good and i am able to get mostly accurate responses. I integrated the app with Wix Chat widget. The only issue is response time by AI is more than 20 seconds, and unfortunately visitors dont wait that long, people want like instant response. It would be great if some support is provided on how to speed up things. thank you.

Eh.
This app is subpar. While it aims to help, it often suggests competitor sites for product queries. Its glaring flaw is the lack of store inventory access, making it incapable of providing relevant product info. Inconsistency abounds; a humorous example was when a typo led the AI to affirm selling “peas”, but when specifically queried, it cited lack of information access. It’s also unreliable in attending to customer queries and has a love-hate relationship with the FAQ section. It either gives generic responses or, when nudged, may sometimes consult the FAQ. Strangely, it occasionally denies access to the FAQ it indeed possesses. Add to this, its inability to offer shipping updates or any valuable information, and you've got an app that is practically impotent in assisting customers. I find it hard to see any redeeming qualities; there are definitely better options out there.

Assistance with Wix Branded App Messages Needed
I have had a fairly positive experience with this virtual assistant so far; it responds moderately well and in a manner that is generally satisfactory. However, an area of improvement that I've identified is its responsiveness to messages coming in via the Wix Branded App. It seems that these messages often go unanswered, which is a significant concern as a large portion of our user base relies on our app for their interactions and queries. It would greatly enhance user experience and overall satisfaction if the virtual assistant could be configured to respond to messages from the Wix Branded App as well. Such an update would ensure seamless communication across all platforms, thereby improving our users' engagement and trust in our services. I am hopeful that future updates to this application will address this concern, and look forward to seeing continuous improvements. Thank you.

It's ok
The richness and accuracy of responses are not what I expected, I was anticipating ChatGPT standards. I would recommend this app to others, but I'd tell them it's not exactly ChatGPT.

However the small technical issue that had nothing to do with the app or povider was well resolved by the provider. If tht is a demonstration of the serivce we look forward to the longevity of the relationship.

It's ok, but needs some improvement.
A convenient way to use GPT with your website, but the waiting time is long, sometime will no response, and every time I need to close the whole chat and open it again to be able to see the new message, otherwise it can’t show the new message
