Don't use this app!
Kudobuzz has a hidden popup after checkout which we cant see because we never get that far in editing the site. Popup is for a scam website trying to scam your customers by offering free shipping!!!!!! Don't use this app!!!!

I would not recommend
Very limited ability to customize things, unable to match my site. Limited functionalities and settings that you would expect from a modern review app. The support chat team was responsive, but they failed to make the changes I needed before launching my website and running ads. They promised a quick resolution, and nothing changed on my site after 28 hours. I bought the upgraded yearly plan and now will be deleting the app and requesting a refund.

Worst Widget Ever - Do not install
I've been receiving reviews from customers - and being notified by Kudobuzz every time I receive a review. I went to approve my latest review only to find that the following error came up "The page you're looking for doesn't exist or may have been moved." I reached out to customer service and they've advised me that my email address isn't linked to any account on their end and that I don't seem to have an account. I've now lost all my reviews. WTAF?! I now have to reach out to my customers and ask them to do the reviews again. Absolutely not on! I will never use this horrible app again.

Jozimpel, I can only imagine how frustrating and shocking it was to be told your email isn't linked to any account after actively receiving review notifications. Losing access to your reviews like that is not okay, and I'm sorry we put you in a position where you now have to ask customers to resubmit reviews. Exporting tricking
they give you a plan that includes exporting and when you go to advanced dashboard they changed it to another plan that doesnt allow you to do soo so they are lying about plans available and their system doesnt support wix category pages

Hi Valerie, thank you for your feedback. The export reviews feature is exclusive to our paid plans, and our records show your plan was canceled. Regarding the star ratings, this is a known Wix platform limitation. We have a temporary solution showing ratings on the first page of collections and are awaiting an official fix from Wix. We hope this clarifies things.

Glitchy and charges you to leave - absolutely shameless!
Terrible app, the interface is glitchy and you can only export your data if you sign up to the highest tier of paid subscription. It's the most blatant way of charging people to leave an app I've ever seen.

Was a great app
used to be a useful app, imagine my surprise when I saw 2.5 average of my overall reviews when I only have 4-5 star reviews. I guess this is their push to make small business owners pay more for something that should just be free with wix since it's not we're gouged by third parties.

If I could give zero I would
Terrible TERRIBLE app, poor interface and poor communication from the team, despite my reviews all being 5 star, it showed 2.5 stars on my live site. Imagine how that affected business. I would request/demand a refund for the wasted money and stress this caused me, but I can't even reach the team via email or chat.
