   I'm really sorry we let you down here, Moakii. You needed specific customizations to match your site before launching and running ads, and we promised a quick resolution, but didn't deliver even after 28 hours. That's not the level of support we stand for. We've taken your feedback seriously, especially around customization limits and response times. Thank you for giving us a chance, even if it didn't work out. If you ever re-install the app, we assure you that this won't happen again.

   Jozimpel, I can only imagine how frustrating and shocking it was to be told your email isn't linked to any account after actively receiving review notifications. Losing access to your reviews like that is not okay, and I'm sorry we put you in a position where you now have to ask customers to resubmit reviews. We've reviewed our account matching process since your experience. Thank you for being honest, we needed to hear this.

   Hi Valerie, thank you for your feedback. The export reviews feature is exclusive to our paid plans, and our records show your plan was canceled. Regarding the star ratings, this is a known Wix platform limitation. We have a temporary solution showing ratings on the first page of collections and are awaiting an official fix from Wix. We hope this clarifies things.

You can export them anytime. - The subscription covers tools to boost your reviews’ impact (SEO, widgets, APM, etc.), not just hosting. That said, we’d love to make this right.    Caroline, this one hurts to read, and I'm truly sorry. Seeing your 5-star reviews display as 2.5 stars on your live site is a serious error, and the fact that it may have affected your business is not something we take lightly. On top of that, not being able to reach us by email or chat only made things worse. You deserved better from us. Thank you for speaking up. We've worked on improvements since your experience.
