      Hi Truprintssc, Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to leave a rating. Regarding your comment about posting to Google, yes, we do support Google Product Ratings. However, displaying your product ratings on Google Shopping depends on a few criteria. Google expects accurate product identifiers such as GTINs, SKUs, or brand information to match your products correctly. Without these, Google may not be able to display your ratings. Also, it is ultimately at Google's discretion whether to showcase your product ratings. What we do at Kudobuzz is handle the technical submission, and Google takes it from there.     It's blocking too much on the screen, doesn't have a timer, and isn't syncing all of my Google reviews; otherwise it runs itself.

    Poor prices

    Problem FINALLY resolved...6 weeks later

    UPDATE: I am changing this review from a 1-star to a 3-star and here's why: On Oct 9, with the hep of Kudobuzz CEO and our designer's sales rep from Wix, this issue was resolved and we are grateful. Bear in mind, we reached out to both companies at the end of August, so it took them 6 weeks to resolve. Thus the 3-stars My original issue was regarding reviews that were published on our old site, yet weren't showing on our new site (both are hosted by Wix). Wix was waiting on a reply from Kudobuzz and Kudobuzz told us to contact Wix. It was round-and-round for 6 weeks. But finally resolved, so we're finally happy. Thank you!

    Jared Was Super Helpful

    Jared was great with helping me, however, I feel like the plans increased by a lot. The only reason I am giving the 3 stars is due to the price increase. I would give Jared a 5

    Don´t like the format, can´t get rid of it

    How do I remove this from my website? I don´t like the fact that it´s a widget - I much prefer a PAGE to put my reviews on, because I can also put a link for Trip Advisor. But I cannot figure out how to get rid of the widget......

    Impacting application performance.

    This application is working as expected. but it is impacting the wesite page load. After removin this app, I found some improvement. Otherwise it is working with out any issues

    Works well, for the most part.

    ALMOST everything about this app works perfectly. My one and only gripe is that I have been waiting and waiting for Facebook integration since all of my reviews are there. Yet every time I talk to a Kudobuzz rep, I get the same answer that "Facebook Sync will be working shortly" yet it has been months with no resolution. Do not advertise facebook review syncing if it doesnt work. That's a huge reason I paid for the service in the first place.

    The best free app available, but sometimes frustrating

    The basic version of Kudobuzz comes free with a Wix premium account. As a result, it's probably the best 'free' review app available on the Wix App Market. The options to edit the formatting and style of the widgets are very limited. You can't change the layout at all, and the widgets can look untidy with clipping. The link to social media reviews currently isn't working. I've been told by their support that it could take 3 days to get back up. The integrated features into the widgets are very hit and miss. There is an option to have an "add a review" button visible on your widgets, but it simply doesn't work. I have gotten around this by making my own button linking to the Kudobuzz website where my customers can add their own reviews, but it would be nice for it to be fully integrated in the widget as designed. The button to remove "powered by Kudobuzz" also seemingly does nothing. Again, frustrating. Overall, a good free app but not enough control over the key details for me.

      Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. You do have the options to customize the widgets to the layout of your choosing (grid/list style). The clipped content also has a 'read more' functionality that displays all the content. This is clipped so that lengthly reviews are able to fit nicely into the standard dimensions and not elongate the widgets too much, especially on mobile. Regarding the socials, all others work with the exception of Facebook, which we're currently running updates for and should be usable soon. Our 'add a review' button works across the widgets that have it as part of the design. Could you share what widget you wanted it added to that didn't work? The 'powered by Kudobuzz' functions effectively as well. I'm not sure how you tried it that didn't work for you. Please reach out to our support team at help@kudobuzz.com and we'll be happy to help you get these functions running for your site, as they are currently very, very functional. Thank you!

    Has potential

    Loved the idea of pulling in Amazon reviews, as we sell books on Amazon as well as on our website and other platforms. Unfortunately, the Amazon option seems to require a full-on seller account, which led us down another rabbit-hole and ended up being a waste of time. Had to spend hours copying and pasting manual reviews in and gathering them from other places like Goodreads. We'll learn a bit more about the app before deciding whether to renew next year.

    Fungerer okay

    Mostly good

    When it works it’s fine. Has a few reports from customers having left reviews then unable to submit. Also, when on my main site, thumbnail review counts only show up ever so often.. it’s frustrating. I have given up asking support because it doesn’t fix it

      Thank you for your feedback. Your customers not being able to submit reviews could be due to the email provider/service they use. An alternative is to use the ‘View in Browser’ link attached at the top of the email message. We have also come up with a new feature called Campaigns that rectifies this issue, when you change the template to use the new button template.     It’s good

    Look I love it I just wish there was more to it, more for mobile version the box is a little big and it takes up the left side of the page where my customers can’t see the full photo if it was a little smaller
