Horrible. Their Site is Glitchy. Little features.
It got to where their website wasn't working anymore and would glitch so bad that it was unusable. I couldn't even log in to update my reviews. I went to their social media to see if there was a reported issue and they haven't posted or updated in ages. The price is $16 a month for basic features, but I found a competitor app with WAY more features that looks WAY nicer and their price is only $10 a month. It was a no brainier to go with the competitor instead. With a barely functioning website, no social presence, etc... at this point I'm convinced they're just taking money while doing the bare minimum. Stay away from this service and go with Fera instead!

We are a small business and as such, made a business decision to keep communication channels with our customers via our live chat and email service. All announcements and status updates are handled with in-app notifications or email. Regarding our pricing, we understand that the charges for the app might be relatively affordable or expensive, and we try to deal with each customer based on their use case. reviews don't publish, Reviews disappear. "Help us make Kudobuzz Reviews even better. Let us know what you think." actually listen (FIX IT) if it was FREE, you could understand why it's so crap, but when they have the cheek to charge for this service? JOG ON

Just like everyone has stated previously, all my reviews have disappeared from my website, too! What a shit app! Wasted my precious time setting this crap up. You guys suck! NOT HAPPY

I was infuriated by this crap
Another stupid mistake. I wanted guests to leave comments after staying at my B&B, this will only review products and the support said I could set it up as a Slider on the side of the page but to copy my existing reviews you need an email address, name etc. It's no wonder it was included free when I upgraded to the disappointing "Hotel booking and checkout Frontend from Wix"....I left a seperate review for that. Stay away, I just ended up designing boxes and pasting the copies in, looks sh1t but I had no other choice. AVOID

What we are unable to help with is, to use widgets meant to work natively with sites that sell products for sites that sell services. They won't upgrade per the Wix VIP Plan
I am on the Wix Vip Business Plan. One of the benefits at this level is Kubobuzz with 3000 published reviews. I have contacted Kubobuzz a few times and they tell me to contact Wix. Wix said it is Kubobuzz that needs to change the plan. Alos, the plans that are available don't have a plan of 3000 reviews, either 2000, 10000, or unlimited. Maybe now th will fix it for me.

Very glitchy
Lots of bugs but look forward to trying again once they sort it out. The instructions need to be clearer. Would definitely not recommend upgrading to a premium plan until they get their shit together.
