Good app

This is a solid review app, offers a bit more than just reviews. It is a glitchy some times on the back end, but the customer service is quickly there to help everytime.

Great Starter Review Service

We use the breakfast and free version so there really is nothing to complain about. The app does a great job of collecting our reviews and integrating them on our website. We have not used any other apps so nothing to compare to. Would be nice to share these to other platforms easier but still working to figure that out and it probably costs money...

Works okay for the most part

I love that this app combines all of my reviews and puts them on my website. However, ever since their last update, I cannot customize the design or colors on the widget. It used to work fine, but now it shows a clear background and hard to see. I have contacted them many times about this, and no one has gotten back to me about it.

A Solid App That Keeps Getting Better

We’ve been using Kudobuzz for a few years now, and I’ve been impressed with the improvements they’ve made, especially lately. The app has definitely played a role in helping us build credibility by consistently capturing and displaying customer reviews. Now that we’ve built up a strong library of reviews, we’ve decided to upgrade to the next level and see what else we can do with the platform. I was also able to successfully import our Kudobuzz reviews into Walmart Marketplace using Excel spreadsheets, which wasn't ideal, but it worked and was accepted. It would be even better to see a direct Walmart Marketplace integration added in the future. Overall, Kudobuzz has been a solid app for our business, and we’re looking forward to seeing how the additional features work for us.

Some Hiccups with the App but Great Customer Service

Anytime I have an issue, the customer support team is always quick to respond and help me out. We have had a few hiccups with the app, but they always take time to find a resolution to the issue. Would love to see fewer issues altogether, but grateful for the very friendly team and their willingness to go above and beyond to help.

I added a picture (accidentally wrong picture) to try to answer the reviewers question, and now I can't get rid of the wrong picture.

Works great once learned

Live this app on our site. 4 stars as it works amazing once you figure it out what things mean and where they are. Took a bit to understand the design of it, what it means, and where it will be posted (page and location). The loading of reviewing and adding reviews (company or product) takes a bit longer than I would like, but it’s good. I wish I would know what product the customer left a review for, so I can simply assign it to that specific product page. I currently have to see the order and match the names. I also could be missing something somewhere…

Best option for having a free option. The platform is easy to use and it looks nice on the website. It is really slow to load on all pages on my website- but I’m sure if I was using a higher version of it is would be better. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a free review option for their website

Great app for customer reviews

Easy way to collect reviews!

It is an easy app to collect reviews with the Lunch subscription. There are some customizations options available, but it is still a bit limited. However, it works perfectly so I would recommend.

It saves time

It has been great to have all the reviews from different places, FB and Google, in one place. It is a wonderful time saver

Has it's benefits but not very user friendly

Great wee app as an addition to my WIX premium plan, however not sure i'd pay the money for it as functions are pretty basic on 'breakfast plan'. Needs to be more user friendly.

En general está muy bien, aunque a mí parecer le faltas ser un poco más de estética, porque se llega a ver desacorde a tu página si eres diseñador y te fijas mucho en los detalles. Además que cuando se escribe una reseña en móvil la pestaña de interacción suele complicarse. Está básica y bien. Las funciones más interesantes cuestan y en pesos mexicanos es algo cara. Así que con estas ligeras fallas que tiene no sé si valga la pena. Tienes que hacer una estrategia para que tus usuarios dejen reseñas, o las puedes escribir tú porque no se verifican los compradores.

It does a good job, bit pricey for subscriptions

A simple but effective way to collect reviews for both prooduct and business on your website. So far no complaints. I use the free version, and I do think it is expensive to unlock all the features, especially for a small business.

Good App!

I like this app. helps a lot with my website. the only thing that annoys me sometimes is that a few times it glitched while pressing some buttons. other than that, very good! recommend it.

its nice app and it works well, but to be honest is too expensive the monthly subscription... 19,99$ for month...i understand all....and i know that is a job...but for my pocket is too much.

Im using it for a while now, and its always changing with more better features, Also good chat. Im still waiting for them to add the ability to change the writing from right to left. Overall im satisfied.

Great App, with only one issue :)

KudoBuzz is great and simple and effective way to add reviews to your website. There is only one issue that keeps me at 4 of 5 stars. Review image uploads are limited to 1MB. I have lots of customers who want to upload photos, but cannot resize their images. Increase the limit or implement an auto-resizer and its 5 out of 5 product all the way!

Outdated look

The app is ok, works as it is supposed to, but the look very last century and the design cannot be changed. Not the widget icons or the pop-up. Stale and old and needs an update ASAP.

Was having issues installing at first, but customer service solved it right away for me. Will update review after I have some time using it. So far liking the brand customization.

It's free so try it

Initially a bit fiddly to get the hang of but using Chat Box I managed to get my answers and pulled through 79 reviews from Etsy. Had to convert them from Business Reviews to Product Reviews which was lengthy but in the end they appeared on my website which I'm sure will attract customers now there are genuine reviews there.

Funciona

Boa tarde, funciona muito bem no site, entretanto o botão de "Review" que fica no home é realmente muito grande para o mobile atrapalhando um pouco a experiência do cliente. Além disso, nem todas as estrelas aparecem nos produtos que estão na home, sendo que todos os meus produtos tem pelo menos 5 votos.

Seems good so far

The integration steps were not at all clear for pulling reviews onsite from elsewhere. However, Abdul was super helpful and made the steps clear. Very good customer service.

Only Product Review App That Actually Works!

Spent so much time trying to find an app that works for PRODUCT reviews on Wix (Why the hell doesn't Wix have this integrated into their site?!). It works very well. You have to make all edits/adjustments on the Kudobuzz website and not in the Wix editor but that's fine. lots of custom features compared to other review apps. The free version limits you on a lot but that's to be expected. I wish there was a version in between the free and the $199pa version though! Hence the 4 not 5 stars.

best on Wix

Not the best app in general, but the best review app on Wix. What I don't like about it is widget placement on mobile version of website. Could be more discreet or something. What I like about it is review appearance on product pages. Overall it is good, but a bit pricey for upgrades in my opinion. Though price is subjective :)

Great Customer Support

This is pretty straightforward to set up, I ran into some trouble getting it to function on my site properly (totally my fault), customer support (specifically Abdul) was very helpful and was able to go into editor and fix the issue.

It works well for what I need. Still waiting for some functionalities to be available on Wix, like star rating view on product collection pages. But I do have to say that everytime I have an issue or I need guidance, their live support has been very helpful and are almost available at all times or reply very quickly. I will definitely renew my suscription.

Works out really well.

I'm pretty happy with how it works. I'm using the free version and am content with it. The text editor is a bit frustrating, the cursor constantly moves to the left as you're trying to edit and I'm not really sure why. I had to do a workaround and type my text in a document and quickly copy and paste it. Other than that, it works well.

Not the best review app I've seen, but the best that can integrate with Wix

I've used a better app but unfortunately I couldn't integrate it with Wix so I had to go with Kudobuzz. It's the best review app to integrate with Wix however because it's pretty easy to manage. One thing I would like the developer to add is the pre-review widget that shows stats on the ratings like how many 5 star, 4 star, 3 start reviews there are. As well as the average rating. So it looks like the one you're seeing here or Amazon.

Great app, reviews display very nicely and has lots of great features even for the free plan. Had an issue, spoke to customer support and sorted it right away. Overall great app!

Great app

I had a bit of trouble with the code for 2 of the widgets so I contacted the support team. They we're super helpful and I could easily solve this issue. I've just started using this app but for for now, I'm happy. It looks very nice on the site.
