Kudos to Kudobuzz..
Been using the APP on WIX for approximately 3 years I think now. Never had any down time, any questions someone has always been able to resolve issues in a single communication without a lot of multi-personnel back & forth. Awesome dashboard features that surprisingly dont lock you out of all the important stuff so far, but offer such extra upgrades as your needs grow without feeling like your hands get tied either. THOSE THINGS are important in the first couple to few years depending on how you scale your business. My professional opinion so far is Kudobuzz grows with you.

I didn't care for this app
The reviews I imported wouldn't show up on products. The product page widget was far too large and couldn't be adjusted. It wasn't worth upgrading so I have deleted it for a more sleek looking option.

Frustrated when it automatically unpublished all 200 reviews
I have to manually published each one of them. One by one. There is no option of select multiple /all and publish.

However, displaying your product ratings on Google Shopping depends on a few criteria. Google expects accurate product identifiers such as GTINs, SKUs, or brand information to match your products correctly. Without these, Google may not be able to display your ratings. Also, it is ultimately at Google's discretion whether to showcase your product ratings. What we do at Kudobuzz is handle the technical submission, and Google takes it from there. Kudobuzz has a hidden popup after checkout which we cant see because we never get that far in editing the site. Popup is for a scam website trying to scam your customers by offering free shipping!!!!!! Don't use this app!!!!

They send you weird emails, their interface is slow, and I'm just done! I just got an email telling me my plan was canceled even though I don't pay for a plan AND it gave me a grace date of last December?! Removing them because it's more trouble than worth! Avoid them!

Simple Changes
I've been using the app for years and I love how easy it is to approve and disapprove reviews! I had some scammers review on facebook and it was awful but luckily I could transfer the legit reviews instead of the ones that wanted my customers to go to a strange shaman lol! I also love how if a reviewer reviews the company for a product, I can shift it to a product review without needing the customer to do anything! Great app!

A Headache
Their Customer Service sucks! Currently, Ive been trying to get help on this app for 5 days now with zero response. The app itself has worked until I redid my website. My reviews have not synced in 3 months. For some Odd reason I thought they synced however, they never did and getting help as been a 6 dollar bill! Non existent!

Great Starter Review Service
We use the breakfast and free version so there really is nothing to complain about. The app does a great job of collecting our reviews and integrating them on our website. We have not used any other apps so nothing to compare to. Would be nice to share these to other platforms easier but still working to figure that out and it probably costs money...
