About this App
SMS Blast puts your message on the one screen your customers always check. Text messages get read more than email, so send an SMS blast to your whole contact list or to one segment, and let automatic SMS notifications keep you and your customers up to date. SMS marketing campaigns. Write your text message, greet each contact by first name, import phone numbers from your site Contacts or add them yourself, target a group with Contact Labels, preview the message on a phone screen and send your bulk SMS campaign. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out. SMS alerts for you. Get a text when a new Stores order comes in, a Booking is created, rescheduled or canceled, an Events ticket is sold or a Form is submitted. Switch each alert on or off, edit its wording and send it to up to 2 phone numbers, so no order goes unnoticed. SMS notifications for your customers. Remind clients of upcoming Bookings with up to 2 SMS reminders at the times you choose, confirm orders and shipping, and confirm form submissions by text. Poor service
I sent out two sms campaigns. They were not delivered, even though the dashboard says they were. No help from support despite several attempts. They take your money but don't deliver.

Don't Look for Added features
Im not able to alter the sending number, which is an (888) number when I sent the test message. Not the biggest deal but could ward off my recipients from opening the message. 2nd I would appreciate if my campaigns were a flat rate and not dependent on the number of recipients. Or a flat rate for a certain amount of campaigns sent a month. 3rd Campaigns are sent to human review before being approved to be sent, I needed my campaign to go out as soon as I sent it so my clients were aware of my webinar. But my recipients did not receive it in time for my webinar because it was under review! 4th There's no way to add single contacts in addition to the labels you've created on wix! Im not sure how this app received so many 5 star reviews with the amount of flaws in its system, and little capabilities! It also DOES NOT give you data other then the message was sent successfully... idek if people unsubscribed!!

Hello, Thank you for the feedback! Unfortunately, SMS is charged per message sent, and it's not a fixed cost. We cannot ensure a flat rate due to this reason. SMS campaign review by humans is needed to ensure that there are no scam campaigns sent through the app. Thank you for understanding!

I wish there was 0
This is the worst app ever. It scams you by saying you can do an SMS blast and send 30 SMS campaigns and when you pay them, they immediately tell you that you can only send 30 texts ... what kind of campaign is this? I can send 30 texts from my phone for free! As soon as I noticed it I canceled the app payments and wanted a refund.... IN ABOUT 30 MIN.... they say those credits have already been paid to the carrier. How could you possibly spend money you have not received yet? I would like to know—total scam and overly pricy for what they offer. DO NOT USE OR WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Hello, Very sorry for the experience - please note that we mention 30 SMS in the app listing - not 30 SMS campaigns. Unfortunately, SMS is charged per message sent and we cannot provide the app for any number of contacts in a campaign. Thank you for understanding

ABSURDLY EXPENSIVE
the APP seems cool, but it is ABSURDLY EXPENSIVE, there are many similar solutions in Brazil that cost 20x less! Unfortunately, I don't think they do any competition research in the local market.

Hello, We offer an integrated solution within Wix, which works with the Wix systems out of the box - we are not just sending an SMS. Also, another thing to note is that other system require that you hire a developer to implement that service for you - while with us, there is no need to pay a developer. This app is extremely limited compared to other SMS app services that bundle basic business needs into the software such as booking, rescheduling, and canceled orders prebuilt into the SMS program to assist small business owners. Instead, they account for every single individual text so if you have a lot of customers repaired to pay for the high-end plans

Hello! We think there may be a misunderstanding. The paid plans already come with included SMS. You do not need to pay for anything extra if you only use what's included in your plan. Also, the app does not automatically bill you for anything that you do not agree to. Regarding SMS sent for Bookings, our users say that this app really works - other apps that they tried don't.
