Blocked IP's still getting through. Response time has been slow or when told they would get back to me through e-mail they never did. I purchased this app based on ratings but my experience has not been what I expected it to be. I feel like it has been a waste of money..

In most cases, when blocked IPs still get through, it's related to visitors using VPNs, proxies, or mobile carrier networks that mask or rotate their real IP address, rather than an issue with the blocking itself. Terrible!!
App doesn't work, bots still crawling my site, after setting up with their settings. Contacted them asking to cancel and refund, have been ignored. Will be taking this further.

Blocky blocks by IP and country, and most bot crawlers are built to rotate through IPs and mask their origin specifically to get around this kind of blocking, so some crawler traffic getting through isn't uncommon even with settings configured correctly. Added App to site yesterday. Can't open App from Manage App page and blocked countries are still getting through.

Doesn't work
It stopped blocking countries for about 3 days. Now I continually get visits from countries I've blocked. Waste of money.

Dear team, My “Blocky: IP & Country Blocker” is no longer blocking any countries. The same problem has occurred before. The chat support team asked me to add Pakistan for testing, and it was not blocked, confirming that there is an error. Please fix this as soon as possible. Last month, the same issue happened and I was informed that it was a common Wix bug.

Don't waste your time
I had the so called IT Engineer tell me they were going to cancel my premium subscription since I told them they failed at customer service and been telling me the same lies about when someone visits from a blocked country its not really getting access to my site even though I would get realtime six alerts about visitor traffic. I felt as though this was a big gimmick.

Blocking a country prevents visitors from that location from accessing your site, but the visit attempt itself can still register in real time traffic and analytics tools, since those track incoming requests separately from whether access was actually granted. So seeing alerts about visitor traffic from a blocked country doesn't necessarily mean the block failed, it may just mean the attempt was logged. As for the interaction with our support team, that's not the experience we want anyone to have and we'd like to look into it.
