In most cases, when blocked IPs still get through, it's related to visitors using VPNs, proxies, or mobile carrier networks that mask or rotate their real IP address, rather than an issue with the blocking itself. Blocky blocks by IP and country, and most bot crawlers are built to rotate through IPs and mask their origin specifically to get around this kind of blocking, so some crawler traffic getting through isn't uncommon even with settings configured correctly. As for the cancellation and refund request, we checked on our end and don't see any email or ticket from you, is it possible you reached out to Wix support instead of our team by mistake? Could you send us your account details so we can locate your account and take care of the refund directly? Occasionally right after installing an app, the Manage Apps page needs a refresh or a moment to sync before it loads correctly, this is usually resolved by refreshing the page or logging out and back into your Wix dashboard. As for blocked countries still getting through, in most cases that's related to visitors using VPNs or proxies that mask their real location, rather than an issue with the blocking itself. Blocking a country prevents visitors from that location from accessing your site, but the visit attempt itself can still register in real time traffic and analytics tools, since those track incoming requests separately from whether access was actually granted. So seeing alerts about visitor traffic from a blocked country doesn't necessarily mean the block failed, it may just mean the attempt was logged. As for the interaction with our support team, that's not the experience we want anyone to have and we'd like to look into it. Деякі країни потребують значних технічних ресурсів з нашого боку для ідентифікації та блокування, тому вони доступні лише в платному плані. Це не пов'язано з причинами, чому хтось хоче заблокувати ту чи іншу країну, це просто технічне обмеження ресурсів з нашого боку. The free plan does include blocking for up to 3 countries, but some specific countries, including the one you were referring to, require significant backend resources from our end in order to identify and block, and therefore are reserved for our paid plan only. It's not about which countries people choose to block, it's simply a technical resource limitation on our end, and those countries are clearly listed on the plans selector page. If you'd like, we're happy to walk you through exactly what's included in the free plan versus the paid plan before you decide to uninstall. Our Basic plan does include country blocking, but some specific countries require significant backend resources from our end in order to identify and block, and therefore are reserved for premium users only. Those countries are clearly listed in the plans selector page.    Hello, We looked into this and don't see any pricing on our end that matches what's described, we don't have a $5 or $15 monthly plan, and pricing on Wix apps isn't able to change or jump on its own the way described, subscription pricing is fixed per plan. We also reached out to you directly via email to get more details on what you were seeing, but haven't received a reply yet.    Thank you for your review. I was very sad to see that you have left a 1-star review for the app without contacting us first, as we are always here and happy to help. Please allow me to explain the notification you got - that notification is a "false-positive" from Wix Ascend (chat) - that visitor from India indeed got blocked, but Wix still considers it a visitor because he, in fact, remained on your lovely website - but just saw the "blocked page".
