Helthjem Delay Alerts

Helthjem Delay Alerts watches every order you ship with Helthjem and tells you when one goes wrong. Fulfill an order with a Helthjem tracking number and the app picks it up automatically — nothing to enter, no list to maintain. Once a day it checks each open shipment and flags the ones that need you: parcels Helthjem itself has reported as delayed, failed delivery attempts, parcels sitting uncollected at a service point, parcels with no tracking movement for days, and parcels that have simply been under way far too long. The uncollected warning is the one that pays for itself. Helthjem returns uncollected parcels to the sender, so a reminder sent on day five usually saves the order instead of turning it into a refund and a return shipment. You hear about it as a notification in your dashboard and the Owner app, or by email if you prefer. Everything flagged is listed on a Delayed packages page with Helthjem's own description of what happened and what to do about it. No Helthjem account, API key or integration agreement is needed.
