Find a booking by customer name or ID, filter READY / NOT READY and use your business time zone. Check the membership applied to a booking and the status of required forms or waivers. Set rules per service. Available in English and Spanish. If a requirement or membership link cannot be verified, the booking stays NOT READY and requires manual review. READY reflects configured checks at query time; it does not authorize entry or assess a document's legal validity. The app does not perform check-in or modify bookings, plans or forms.
