    Avoid. Waste of time

    Spent two hours writing my FAQs for it to suddenly delete all of them. I then rewrote them all, and there's no simple way of adding them to your website. It classes it as a 'campaign' rather than simple FAQs and doesn't just embed into your website in a simple way. I then went to publish and preview and their website has a server error and again loses all of my FAQs. Hours later and I now have nothing. Avoid this entirely, use literally anything else.

    good concept but the app just didn't follow through

    I spent a lot of time creating my FAQs and tested it for two days to ensure the pop up was working efficiently. Today, its not working, and I have no access to the system to transfer all the work I've done to my site directly.
