    Not a bad site. (updated review at bottom)

    Most of the products for our store ended up coming from Walmart and Amazon where we were buying at retail and then selling at a higher price. That's if the product wasn't out of stock which many were. It might be a good site for others but for the specific niche of outdoor gear, it just not worth it for us. *Update 12/20/24: Customer service was excellent. They were willing to help us in improving our experience with them. They offered a refund and even a free month of an upgraded plan. Will still recommend it for anyone trying to get started in drop shipping...Just beware of the supplier source being Amazon, Walmart, or any other large retail company. 4 instead of my original 2

    Why AutoDS is Less Suitable for EU Sellers

    AutoDS could be a great tool, but it’s not suitable for EU sellers due to its strong focus on US-based vendors. Hipshipper, which simplifies returns, is only available in the USA. Additionally, customers often buy directly from AliExpress at lower prices, which cuts into your profit margins. These factors make AutoDS less attractive for European sellers.

    I love Auto-DS, easy to use, great feature set

    So far, I love almost everything about it but I wish the total number of products that I can upload was a bit higher for what I am paying. I did not realize that product variants were counted toward my total thus the 4 stars.

    User friendly, could use some tweaks

    Selecting products isn't as intuitive as I'd like. I can get to the information I want and need, but I do need to dig through a bit. In all, a decent experience.

    Revised review

    Thank you Dor for all your help and clarification on the AutoDS platform. 5 STARS for Dor's excellent help on helping me via a ZOOM call. I was having complications with their services that now seems to have just been a big miscommunication from both sides and possible technical errors. Being new to dropshipping this was not as simple as it looked. There is a learning curve. I was almost ready to throw in the towel and give up. Thanks to Dor I feel more comfortable to stay with AutoDS's Dropshipping services. My reason for the 4 stars is only due to their main form of communication which is chat and email. Sometimes a person cannot get their questions or concerns across clearly and fast enough especially when there is a narrow deadline to fulfill customer orders. After having my ZOOM call with Dor and working out the kinks, my questions, and concerns, I feel that AutoDS is still one of the best Dropshipping companies. Glad we could work it out. I look forward to our progress.
