    helpful support agents but autods sourcing cn needs more things

    their clarification and explanation was very simple to understand and they can get tech issues that prevented me from using autods properly fixed in less than 4 days overall very good but I wish their autods ds sourcing cn supports custom packaging and their private suppliers to have faster shipping options like offical dhl.

    Quando vou entrar na autods pela minha conta wix aparece esse: { "errorTitle": nulo, "mensagem": "Erro ao receber o token de acesso do Wix", "erros": "Erro ao receber o token de acesso do Wix", "errorType": "AutoDSErrorIgnore" } Paguei pelo serviço, porém não estou usando, entrei em contanto com o suporte disseram que iam buscar resolver meu problema, mas até está da mesma forma!     Doesn't Work, Wouldn't Recommend

    SCAM I can't connect to my wix store.

    After i have made payment. I could not connect my wix store after renewing and syncing the token multiple times. i have contacted their support and they have since ghosted me. USE AUTODS AT UR OWN RISK!!!

    Cannot connect AutoDS to WIX

    This is extremely frustrating, I have done all the troubleshooting and when I am following up, I get the very generic scripted response "Our developers are aware and are actively trying to resolve the issue"! They should fix this bug BEFORE allowing paying customers sign up for something that currently doesn't work!!!
