    Funktioniert genau so lange, wie kein Problem auftaucht. Geht das erste Paket verloren, stehst Du im Wald und niemand kümmert sich um Dich. Nicht mal zu empfehlen, wenn es der letzte Versanddienstleister auf diesem Planeten wäre! Absolute Frechheit!

    sav inexistant et totalement inefficace

    L'interface fonctionne pour le reste le SAV n'en attendez rien c'est inexistant. Quand un problème existe à vous de le régler en direct leur procédure est tellement nulle que vous n'aurez une réponse que très tardivement si vous avez la chance d'en avoir une. La facturation, notamment chronopost là c'est le pompons des poids qui changent , des frais supplémentaires type zone éloignées accès difficile (monaco est un accès difficile ...) Donc vous vous retrouvez avec des factures qui ne correspondent à rien et impossible a contester. Bref à fuir y a surement mieux ailleurs

    Shipping rate integration

    Unfortunately there is no shipping rate integration available for Wix. It is impossible to manually calculate all shipping rates so integration is a necessity.

    Koppelen niet mogelijk

    Standaard krijg ik de melding " No carriers enabled for service point delivery Enable service points in your Sendcloud settings > Integrations > wix to offer Service Point Delivery in your checkout." Het lukt mij niet eens om sendcloud te koppelen aan mijn Wix account (of anders om...) Jammer.....

    After a week of installing the app, the app is not working and I am waiting for a week for a response from the support team.

    HOW MUCH

    Charges way to much, would just prefer to do it separately. Can't even use Hermes without paying £45 a month, what a joke.

      Thank you for your feedback, we understand that our plans did not meet your expectations, we offer UPS and DPD in our free plan so you are able to try out our platform, and as to work with Hermes for now you need your own contract, and that feature ends up falling on the Small Shop plan (£45/month).

    Useless free version. Don't bother.

    Another app with a "free" option that is meaningless. Don't bother unless you are interested in a 45 quid/month shipping assistant. I, for one, am not.

      We are very sorry you feel that way, we do try our best to accommodate everyone's request and our Essential plan (free plan) has a lot of nice features that could help you decide if you want to continue with us and upgrade your plan or that it does not fit your needs.     Hiding courier prices behind paid membership

    You don't have the price listed for individual carriers until I sign up for a paid plan. This is an essential aspect if you want to attract customers. Of course we expect to pay a little more than dealing directly with the couriers but how much more is the determining factor. Hiding this until a user signs up means shop owners will just go directly to couriers or price comparison sites like Parcel2go.

      Thank so much for your detailed feedback, as this is a very important source of information to help our customers and to improve our service as well, in this case, when you sign up with Sendcloud, even if it's for a Free plan (Essential Plan), on your Sendcloud panel, you can always go to Carriers and pricing and there you can review all the prices of our shipping rates with the Carriers you want, for the Essential Plan, you can use our broker contract on UPS and DPD and double check all the conditions under terms and conditions.
