If you cannot provide all provisions like star rating, logistics partner and other things that is required in India, why you promote your website in India. I have paid for one year and I am not knowing how to assign a reliable shipping partner for dispatch till delivery within India at a fast mode. It is upsetting.

Order do not Synchronise
i have tried many time to connect with shiprocket it shows successfully intregate, But orders not Synchronise correctly. I have informed them many times but they are not able to solve this issue till now

Order Sync Issue
Orders are not getting synced even after authentication. Support team will ask your WIX credentials to check the issue that most of the users are not comfortable sharing. So this service is near to useless.

Worst delivery and response
Placed 2 orders for delivery from Shiprocket one form EcomExpress and other from Delhivery both of them were unable to deliver the order and Shiprocket response team is the worst despite of writing E-mails and talking with executives there were no proper response from Shiprocket. Please don't choose Shiprocket as your delivery partner.

worst service
my first order and got just delay delay delay for pickup. no responce from shiprocket. they just talk like they dont have any control with their courier partners. we are just kept hanging... never recommend this app

Worst Experience Ever
Please don't use their services, they are not bothered about your business, very worst service, no business etiquettes they are here to just fool around and make money. On September 2nd, 2024, we created a shipment, but it was never picked up. As a result, our customer canceled the order, and we were forced to issue a refund. This situation, caused by their poor service, led to the loss of both our business and our customer.

Sync issue

Delay in Synchronization Time.
The shiprocket-wix app description states synchronization occurs every 15 minutes, however in reality, it syncs every 1 hour, resulting in a delay in sync time.

Issue Resolved | It has only link which redirects
Earlier had an issue with WIX Integration, after a bad review they worked on it. Now its been done, still a scope of improvement of further features which would definitely be useful ! Thanks !

Useless App
It picks only first line address and I unknowingly shipped few orders. The statuses are not synced. Orders dont get synced in realtime. Why build an app when you cannot launch it fully functional.

It's finally here !
I was waiting for this integration for a long time and I'm glad that it's finally here. My e-commerce store setup on wix is now fully automated and I can confidently proceed with fulfillment by Shiprocket ! I'll update this review once I've tested out a few orders !
