Raz Clinical Notes: Save & PDF

Raz Clinical Notes adds clinical and treatment notes to the client records you already keep in Bookings. Each note belongs to a client, so a full history sits behind one name rather than in a folder somewhere else. It is made for practitioners who write about the people they see: massage therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, counsellors, speech and occupational therapists, personal trainers, coaches, nutritionists, aesthetics clinics and veterinary practices. Formats include SOAP, DAP, BIRP, intake, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, training and coaching sessions, nutrition reviews and TCM sessions, and you can build your own. A note can be signed and locked, after which later changes are recorded rather than hidden. Notes export and print as PDFs carrying your logo, address and licence number, and can be emailed to a client or to another practitioner. Photographs, consent forms and scans can be attached, and your own client or patient reference numbers are searchable. The app is available in 50 languages. Notes are stored in your own site's collections rather than on our servers.
