You can choose how the chat looks, including a light or dark theme, an accent colour, and the bubble's corner, position and size, so it fits the style of your site. You can also place chat buttons on any page, so visitors can start a conversation right where they have a question. The app is for existing KolossusAI customers, whose agent is set up and trained on their business information; the app is free and nothing is sold through it. Without a KolossusAI account, you can use the free FAQ assistant, which answers visitors from your site's own pages.
