Order Editor - Self-Service

"I put the wrong address" and "can I change the size?" are the most common emails a store gets. Order Editor lets customers fix it themselves — in the first few minutes after checkout — instead of contacting you. Right on the thank-you page, buyers get a short, merchant-set window to update their shipping address, change items and quantities, or cancel the order. When a change affects the total, the difference is settled automatically: the customer pays a small top-up on a secure page for an increase, or is refunded instantly for a decrease. You stay in control. Choose how long the edit window stays open, and switch each capability on or off: address edits, item changes, cancellation, and adding products. Every change a customer makes is written to an activity log so you always know what happened and when. The window closes automatically once you fulfill or cancel the order, or when the time runs out — so edits only ever happen while it's safe. Nothing is left to manual policing.
