Documenta Docs and Signatures

Documenta helps you prepare contracts, proposals, letters and other business documents from your dashboard. You start from a template, fill in its fields, pick the client from your contact list and get a draft you can edit in a rich-text editor. The editor includes basic formatting, lists, tables and quick blocks for clauses, signatures and dates. An AI assistant can draft a clause or improve the wording of the whole document, and changes are saved automatically. You can also turn your own text into a template, and the builder detects the fields to fill in each time. Documents can be signed in person on screen with a finger, trackpad or mouse. The signature image is stored in your site's media, and the document records the signer, the date and a SHA-256 hash of its content. This is a simple electronic signature without identity verification. You can email a document to a client from your site's email, print it or save it as PDF from the browser, and follow drafts, pending signatures and signed documents with search and filters. Documenta stores documents and templates in your own site. The interface is in Spanish.
