Conexteo

Conexteo SMS RCS connects your your store to your Conexteo account, a French SMS and RCS provider. The app is free to install, and you only pay for the messaging credits you use through Conexteo. Once connected, the app can send SMS or RCS messages tied to store events, such as order confirmation, shipping updates with tracking, and reminders for abandoned checkouts. For abandoned carts sent by RCS, the app can build a card or carousel from the cart's product images. Delayed review requests and birthday messages are also available. Merchants can define custom rules that trigger a message when an order reaches a chosen status, sent immediately or after a delay, and can run marketing campaigns to opted-in contacts with per-recipient personalization. RCS works as an enriched form of SMS, supporting images, buttons, and carousels, and falls back to plain SMS automatically when a recipient's device does not support it. The app follows data minimization: only phone number, first name, and last name are used, campaigns default to an opt-in segment, and each send attempt, including failures, is logged.
