RUM | Real User Monitoring

RUM shows what actually happens on your site at the level of individual people rather than totals. Opening a session lets you follow the path a visitor took through your pages, how long they stayed on each one, where they arrived from, and what they were browsing with: device, browser, operating system, screen size, and an approximate location derived from their IP address. That detail tends to be useful when you are trying to work out which pages lose visitors, which products people look at without buying, whether a new landing page holds attention, or how your traffic breaks down by country, city and device before committing budget to advertising. Installation does not involve pasting code, managing tags, or creating a separate account. Sessions begin appearing in your dashboard shortly after the app is added, and it works alongside Stores, Bookings and Blog as well as ordinary pages. The app is free to use. There is no trial period and no paid tier, and we do not sample your data or limit the number of visits recorded.
