Sanestly Delivery Ops brings eligible restaurant and online store orders into a clear dispatch queue, so your team can assign jobs, follow delivery progress and handle pickup orders without juggling spreadsheets or chat messages. Choose manual assignment, driver suggestions or rule-based automatic dispatch for eligible deliveries. Drivers use a mobile-friendly web app to accept jobs, update statuses and capture proof of delivery. Customers can follow an order through a tracking link, with driver location and ETA when optional GPS and routing are configured. Reconcile expected and collected cash on delivery, review driver shifts and export settlement records as CSV. Optional GPS uses Traccar with an active shift and driver consent, and route planning uses Valhalla. Built for restaurants and local stores that already employ their own delivery drivers.
